Mom's Zucchini Bread |
| Moist and delicious! This is an easy Zucchini Bread recipe. This Zucchini Bread recipe is relatively low fat. Serve up the Zucchini Bread with hot chocolate to warm up even the coldest of nights. |

MOIST INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup crushed walnuts
- Measuring cup and measuring spoons
- Mixing bowls and spoons
- Egg beater
- 2 8" X 4" baking pans (loaf tin size)

Zucchini Bread |
Mix above moist ingredients in order given and beat well. In a separate bowl sift together dry ingredients except walnuts. Add moist ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add crushed walnuts to this final mixture. Mix in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf tin. Bake at 350º F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
You may ice your Zucchini Bread with a cream cheese icing. To make this icing simply blend equal parts of cream cheese and icing (powdered) sugar (about 1/2 cup each).
