Mom's Spaghetti Sauce |

Ingredients |

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 10 ounce can sliced mushrooms
- 28 ounce can chopped tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- Measuring cup and measuring spoons
- Sauce pan with lid

Spaghetti Sauce |
Fry ground beef and onions in oil until browned breaking up all the meat chunks that may form. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Simmer for one hour and serve with cooked spaghetti or your choice of pasta.
