Mom's Macaroni and Cheese Casserole |
| I experimented with this macaroni and cheese recipe until I found a combination that my children really liked. This macaroni and cheese casserole recipe is easy to make and whether your children are five or fifty-five this recipe is sure to win rave reviews. |

Ingredients |

- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces hot cooked macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces diced ham
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut up
- Measuring cups and measuring spoons
- Knives
- Large bowl
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 8 one-cup Ramekins or
- 12 X 7 X 1 1/2 inch baking dish

Macaroni and Cheese Casserole |
Heat oven to 350º F. Coat 8 one-cup Ramekins with non-stick cooking spray or coat a 12 X 7 X 1 1/2 inch baking dish with the cooking spray. Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni, cheese and diced ham and toss to combine. Divide evenly among prepared Ramekins or fill your baking pan with the mixture. Sprinkle top with an even layer of bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º F for 20 – 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
