Mom's Parmesan Chicken Breasts |
| This low fat (11 g), low cholesterol (105 mg) Parmesan Chicken Breasts is quick and easy to make. Serve with your favorite salad and whole wheat breadsticks. |

Ingredients |

- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon each dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon each paprika, salt and black pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- Measuring cups and measuring spoons
- Mixing bowls
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 15 X 10 X 1-inch baking pan

Parmesan Chicken Breasts |
Mix cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 15 X 10 X 1-inch baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350º F oven until cooked through. Serves 6.
