Ingredients |

CHOUX DOUGH
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
FILLING
- 3/4 cup finely diced chicken
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Measuring spoons
- Saucepan
- Baking sheet

Puffy Chicks (Appetizer) |
Combine water, butter (or margarine), bouillon powder and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add flour. Stir until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chicken, paprika and seasoned salt. Drop by small spoonfuls, the size of small walnuts, onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 400º F oven for about 15 to 18 minutes until puffed and browned. Serve hot. Makes about 5 dozen.
